Tow Bill (“we”, “us”) provides Windows software for towing and impound shops, plus this website at towbill.app. This page explains what we collect and why.

What the desktop app stores

Tow Bill stores shop data locally on your computer (cases, fees, payments, documents, settings, and photos). That data stays on your machine unless you export or share it yourself.

License, trial & subscriptions

The app contacts our billing service to start a trial, check subscription status, and unlock the product after payment. If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and related billing identifiers needed to unlock Tow Bill. We do not store full card numbers. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Support & bug reports

If you email support@towbill.app or submit a bug report from the app, we use that information only to respond and improve the product. Bug reports may include app version and basic system details you submit.

Website

This site is a product and download page. Hosting may collect standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability.
